Thank you everyone for chipping in and providing valuable advice. Finally got the full refund from Dawars this evening.
Now, one last help required, anyone who bought this TV from Croma, please share the invoice number so that I can be benefited from the deal. I dont think so that any other store is having a fresh stock of this panel.

As the seller and the manufacturer have repeatedly acknowledged albeit in writing, that the TV sold to you was a used piece, the dispute as per them is just whether the used piece was delivered to you with your consent and knowledge or fraudulently.
In this situation you need to
a) obtain somehow their acceptance as delivering used TV in writing and
b) ensure that they do not have your expressed or implied consent for accepting the used TV.
These two information will play crucial role in the outcome of your case.

Though your grievance has been resolved, it is advisable to post the complete story on Mouthshut.com for the benefit of other potential buyers. Mouthshut has wider viewership and a very strong appeal as per my personal experience.
Regards.

venkat sir, issue is resolved, please close the thread. To all fellow hifivision members: please stay away from Dawars open world and Delhi NCRs panasonic customer care. Thanks once again for all the support.
