HDMI earc splitter to pass audio to 2 setups

Let me explain as usual I have a tv with 1 hdmi earc and soundbar connected for movie watching (sadly doesn’t have any pass thru to other device) and secondly I have Apple TV 4K which also have hdmi . Now I just bought a new stereo setup with streaming amp having only 1 hdmi earc. How do I connect tv or Apple TV to both soured so that I can watch movies on surround and music thru stereo
I guess one kind of hdmi splitter/repeater is needed and yes I can use optical out but that’s not the intent I want thru hdmi
