Help needed to buy New HT

Hey fellas, I just moved in my new house and I want to get a excellent home theater in my house and I love enjoying them! But I'm Confused between some Models.I went to Sony and Onkyo Showrooms.
In Sony, the models which i Liked are -

Sony DAV-DZ 310 DAV-DZ310 : DVD Home Theatre System : Home Theatre System : Sony India
Sony DAV-DZ 510 DAV-DZ510 : DVD Home Theatre System : Home Theatre System : Sony India

and In Onkyo

Onkyo HT-S3100 ONKYO SIGHT & SOUND - INDIA

Onkyo HT-S3200 Onkyo HT-S3200 - 5.1-Channel Home Theater Package | Model Information | Onkyo USA Home Theater Products



I heard the Demo of all these and out of these i felt the Onkyo HT-S3200 really very Impressive..But Onkyo doesnt have a Player in it. Sony HT was good too with all features like player, HDMI ports etc.
Please Help me find the best of these models.
