hello and hi to all the members of this amazing forum.

I am Karthik from Bangalore. Have been lurking and silently reading all the posts on this forum. Am an active member on Head-fi, now slowly want to start to set up my first stereo set up

Well, my portable set up consists of the ipod5.5, Ibasso D4 with top kit , a custom 3way monitor, Grado SR80's and the legendary ER-4p's. Have loads of Flac, on my MBP which i run through the D4 and into the IEM and headphones.

other than music, i am into automobiles, bikes and cars. Have a decent car which is pretty quick (reason for not perusing this hobby till date). Now i intend to put that on hold and address this pocked draining hobby

any ways you will hear loads from me as i am a newbie.

Hello Karthik, in Bangalore also and new to this forum. Welcome. Am also a hifi fanatic and just setting up my systems - separate hifi and HT. Had bought a system in Bangalore to tide me over about a year ago before I knew I would be back for good. Will put it up for sale on this forum later (Usher Dancer mini-2 with the Diamond tweeters (still in wrapping), NAD integrated amp and Arcam 37 cd player). Still getting to grips with how active the forum is.

My 3 way Monitor. It uses a Knowles CI22955 and TWFK 30017. The CI is the low frequency driver and the TWFK handle the mids and the high
