Hisense TV Displays a Plain White Screen Whenever I Play a Movie

Hey everyone,
My TV was working perfectly all day, but during my movie, the display suddenly went to plain white screen, even though the sound continued. When I try to exit the movie, I can still see the Home Screen and all my apps without any issues. This only happens with Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. Hulu works fine. I also tried plugging in an HDMI cable and using my Apple TV, but the white screen issue occurs.
Any suggestions?

I guess time to do a factory reset on the TV

I was hoping to avoid a factory reset, but it might be the only option. Do you know if I will lose all my apps and settings, or is there a way to back them up?

I don’t think there’s a way honestly.

I think it’s best to use an external streamer with Hisense TVs. No one honestly cares about VIDAA
