If its only concealed wiring and placement of all equipments are already decided by you, you need a regular electrician only. If the HT room is still under construction current contractor should be able to do it. If its already constructed room, bring in any electrician, they bring tools to just cut a line in the cement wall for concealed wiring. But post wiring a mason will be required to fix the wall and paint it.

Dont need professional installers to do this, just your requirements where the equipment to be placed and the way you are deciding.

Just hire and mason and an helper that will do.
