How to check usage hours of Sony Bravia LCD

What are the acceptable usage hours. Also do we have LG service code.

By any chance is it possible by the dealers to reset the usage hours?

Based on the several posts above I interpret my numbers 05116-00022-00004 as

05116 - Total power-on hours. Yes this unit is over 30 months old.
00022 - Total number of reboots. Meaning number of times the unit has been disconnected from wall outlet.
00004 - Number of hours when the panel was powered up since last outlet disconnection.

that should explain why some have seen low number of Panel hours.

Anyone tried the service menu with the 2023 remote. My model is x90l and there is no info/num buttons and there is no way to check the panel hours

When the tv is turned off use the following sequence

Home -> Select(centre button) -> volume up -> power

The TV should be completely OFF (with just the power supply on) or on standy mode.? Also all these buttons one after the other or all at once?
