Introduction

That would be nice. Your charges and address, please.

Could you also suggest me something for this.
The bottom face of the speaker is facing the camera. The light colour edge is the wood showing from beneath with the veneer lifted off slightly. The veneer has not come off completely, only about half. This is only on one side face.

You should be able to re-glue the veneer using contact cement or another similar type glue (you may consult with a local furniture repair shop to see what they use to re-glue veneers). I dont know if you have it in India, but there is a spray-type adhesive from 3M called Super 77.

Since I cannot guess out the type of veneer that is on that box. I am unable to give you the exact remedy to fix your problem. But I can advise you on some known facts.......
1. If that is an original natural wood veneer, lacquered gloss piano finished skin, then water based PVA based adhesive would be ideal.
2. But if that skin is synthetic such as PVC based then rubber based adhesive cement would be suitable or spray type adhesives from 3M and Loctite are available in India, those could also be used here in your case.
If you cannot get the spray cans in your area, I can get you the Loctite one. I will inform you later the price over here.

But we can custom build hi-drivers in small quantity for enthusiastic's like you. If required and time given any challenge can be met using state of the art technology and use of American & European soft parts .... cones, spiders, dust caps and voice coil etc....
Custom made drivers!!! Built to proper specs, speakers built with these drivers would need simple and minimal x-overs. This is just screaming out for a GB.

Do you have any questions for discussion to that ?. Anything which you would like me to be more specific or clarify on. All your quarries will be most welcoming.

I'm not qualified and knowledgeable enough to ask the right Q's. I'll leave it to the more experienced FM's to pose Q's.
