Is this clouding?

So calling upon those who know what clouding on a TV is. I had the panel of my LED changed. At least I was told so. Now, I have exactly the same kind of patches on my TV as those on the previous panel. Though the intensity is much less. But before I call the guys again, I want to be certain if this is clouding, so I am attaching some photos. Do have a look and help me out with this.

The picture on the left is clouding while the one on the right looks like back light bleeding on edge lit displays. The later is a very common problem is almost all edge lit displays. Only the top end LCD displays plasmas and oled won't have that.

The second one also seems to have slight patches of clouding... need closer visual examination to confirm

That looks messed up! Is the VU 65 inch TV from your signature?

I dont think company will acknowledge this as a problem. My Samsung TV has very bright corners. I can notice them even during normal TV watching but Samsung technician refused to see them. U can try with VU but even if company acknowledged the problem chances are they will give you a refurbished piece.
All things considering, I suggest if this problem is not noticeable during normal watching leave it as it is. By design edge lit LED TV is a compromise between thickness and backlighting.

Is this a Samsung TV?
I had the same issue thrice. Twice changed under warranty. Now I don't bother and just watch it

Thank you for your response. From all your observations, it seems to be clouding. And this was the panel they changed to after I complained of clouding and now this one has it too. Wonder what they can or will do.
