Not just TN, observe the pattern in Bollywood these days. ​

Bollywood is more of targeting the ruling party ideology by those who subscribe to the opposition parties ideology..... TN is slightly different in the sense that they all subscribe to the same ideology ....its more about caste politics in this particular case . Of course overall both are sending political messages which is more of what they think is right ....not necessarily something which can be described as good for the country or say universal values

Nothing much will change for the tribal people mentioned in the movie which happened two decades back. The police atrocities has continued recently, remember the Sathankulam custodial death of father and son a year back. The political parties will rake up the issue for the mileage they will get to stay in limelight. As with all issues this one will also be put to the backburner in couple of week or month's time.
