KEF Q900 with Denon X2000

Hi all,
I am making my fist home theatre and currently want to start with only FS and AVR. I have auditioned Q900 with Denon 2313 and liked the setup.
I am getting the quote as

1. KEF Q 900 + Denon AVR X 2000
MRP: Rs. 1,64,900
Best Price: Rs. 1,40,500/-

2. KEF Q 900 + Denon AVR 2313
MRP: Rs. 1,88,900/-
Best Price: Rs. 1,48,650/-

Can you pls suggest which should i go for and price is correct.
I am in Bangalore.
