LED 40inc more than CMR 100HZ?

I am looking to buy 40inches led with no 3d having the clear motion rate(CMR) more than 100HZ( i.e 150 or 200HZ or more than) any brand (preferring samsung). My understanding having more CMR gives more clarity. I have looked in some samsung led models, more than 100HZ CMR are available in only 3D model . If it available in market please advise with brand name and model....

You can also watch 2D in a 3DTV. So buy the 3dtv with cmr 200 or 400 and just watch 2D on it

And as i know higher than 100cmr is not available for a 2d tv.
