What I observed is there is hardly any reverb in the sound, so I assumed there would be some treatment done.
Probably because I recorded at low volume.

Also because it’s near-field listening? Usually in NFL the distance between speakers and side walls would be much more than that between the speakers and the listener... so most audio heard would be direct. As we move to mid field and far field, this starts changing. We need to separate the speakers more, so they go towards the side walls and we start getting more reflected sound.
Ok, hope this works. It’s a duet from Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 1998 film, ‘Kareeb’ sung by Kumar Sanu and the baby-voiced Sanjivini Bhelande for Anu Malik. Enjoy the drama in the song. And don’t miss the saxophone-violin interlude in the latter half.
