LG 49 UB850T - pls share reviews

All,

Pls share your views on 49UB850T. I'm almost on verge of finalizing the same...

Basically I need views on below...

1. PQ while watching 2D content
2. Sound
3. 3D

The other thing I want to check is if I'm taking TV for alteast next 7-8 years, should I be really looking at 4k or stick to better HD TV say like sony 46w950A - definitely the sharpness, colours (not sure whether natural or not) & sound is amazing in this due to triluminous. However pixels are visible if you come close which isnt the same case with UB580T

Secondly if I can afford 49 inches and if distance is ok, shall i go for bigger size ??

I saw this review, it seems there is some major upgrade upon firmware update.
