There should be no difference but latest build means that the stock is new. Less chance of it being abused or a demo piece. I would purchase the latest possible build for peace of mind.

unit build in 2017 is different from new model of 2017. It is highly advised to buy 2017 models of Oled since Lg have upped their game tremendously in new models

I would suggest a ups, a good quality one like apc over a stabilizer. I have been using an apc for my tvs and avr since 7-8 yrs now no issues until now. All my LEDs and onkyo avr and ps3 n now ps4... All hv been hooked up since 7 yrs now have been working perfectly.
on my 2nd apc ups now.

Seeing so many oled purchases here... My next upgrade most definitely be an oled n o presume 3 yrs down the line prices will come down to arnd a lac or below.
What do you guys think a 65" 4k oled will cost 3 yrs down the line?
