Logitech Harmony 525 @1500/- Killer offer.

Did you recv. it? Is there any issue with battery life? And how fast the seller ships?

Received it few days back. Reached me in approx 4-5 days. Batteries were drained. Piece is brand new.

I've also ordered one..the seller is shipping through GATI, and says that it would take 4 days for the tracking number to work.. Strange, ain't it..??

There are several posts/threads on the Logitech Harmony in general and the 525 in particular. A search would help.

My impression is that it is very handy, easy to setup and intuitive to use. At 1.5k, it was/is killer deal considering they retail for around 3.5k.

Its a great piece. Replaced 6 remotes. Enjoyoing one.

I too replaced like 6 remotes and activity based customization awesome to work with.

I was with the impression that it cannot get better than this when my remote went kaput and logitech replaced it with a brand new harmony 700 within 10 days.

Now the 700 is GREAT. Functionality is same, but the overall feel and buttons etc of the remote is awesome and the replacement took like 10 minutes on connecting to the existing account.

For me, Universal remote = logitech harmony. Other remotes which require you to select the devices just doesn't do it for me.

First is with hard keys in place of screen and soft keys, second is with a black and white screen and third is with a colour screen. They support 4,5,5 devices respectively.

Also 525 is discontinued now. That might be the reason they are sold at 1/2 the cost price. But they do come with 2 years warranty and the replacement due to defective piece will be Harmony 600 if you have 5 devices or Harmony 700 if you have 6 devices in your account.

ya from sp road. from golcha computers. They discontinued the 525 model .that's why the price reduction.
