Wait till Diwali and with offers, the Frame 2020 might be available of that price.
Otherwise, TCL c815 is a good option in that budget for 65.

Considering the other options below 1 lakh, I don't see any better choices as of now. If you can wait, Hisense H8G would be a much better option when it launches.

Buy any TV but keep a budget aside for a good soundbar or speakers. In built speakers on any LED TV are not good they lack clarity and depth.

Anyways, you can check Samsung TU8200 which will be in your budget.
