most reliable inverter brand?

there are different cases on a single page....one saying SUKAM is worst & other Sukam is best...this wont lead to any conclusion for a new person looking to buy a Online Invertor or Online UPS...On the other hand, i feel an online UPS is much better than an Online inverter as in mains mode the fluctuation in power will not affect the system...though for a ms even & comes at a bit high price....if u r looking for backup....u have to invest high...but if fluctuation is the issue then i wont recoomend more than 10mins of back up....

Thank You all for these detailed information. Just now, i purchased a new inverter with following details:

1) Su-Kam Sine Wave 850VA (I took 850 as I need to run my PC on it, otherwise 650VA would have been sufficient). (Rs. 4200)

2) Exide InvaRed 500+ 150AH Battery (Rs. 12000)

3) Trolly (Rs. 300)

Net cost: Rs. 16500.
I got it from Madan Batteries, Noida through justdial.
