Hi Guys,

After coming to India I did not have speakers for my setup as I sold my polk tsi 400s in NZ, now after almost 2 months I have bought the MA RX6 speakers. Other than that I have serviced the TT with new cart( Goldring Eroica LX MC ) and replaced all springs, belt and mat. Prithvi from Absolute Audi has does a fantastic job servicing my TT. Now finally my system in complete barring a dedicated rack. Would like to share few new pics here.

Cheers,
Sunder.

If you have LP12 then that skill should be part of your personal "toolkit" since you need to do it, say, every six months. Not difficult to learn. Just needs patience.

Hi,

If you have LP12 then that skill should be part of your personal "toolkit" since you need to do it, say, every six months.

Setting up Linn LP12 is not rocket science. It just takes a little common sense . It is also a fallacy that the Linn has to be set up every six months.

Rajiv

Looking at Linn LP12 is always a pleasure. It is good that you have someone like Prithvi around to take care of your TT. BTW, it is "Absolute Phase" :)

Sunder, am glad you like the sound of the LP12 after the complete service has been done. Give the new cartridge time to burn-in. Atleast 50 hours of playing! Now get the Linn Majik 109 loudspeakers to compliment the system.

Hi Guys,

Currently the rack is standing on OEM spikes I bought from Sound Foundations. Can I do anything more for more isolation ? Can I keep something between the turntable and the shelf ? Any expert advice will be much appreciated. Thanks

Place your TT on wall mounted shelf. That would be best solution for isolation.
