My VU 55-OA doesn't play Netflix in Dolby Vision sometimes

I don't know why my Netflix fails to play every DV-certified content in Dolby Vision while at other times when it works, it does work just fine. Now, it only shows 'HD' on every title which is very annoying. Please help. There's Widevine L3 support enabled by default on my device.
 
Have you connected a Bluetooth to your TV? I have heard of issues of Netflix not showing 4k titles when a Bluetooth device is connected to tv/android tv os devices.
