Need Help in Clabiration

Hi, I have Samsung UA40B7000 40 Inch LED TV and Onkyo HT-S6200 7.1 home theater setup....I'm not very good in audio/video calibration and consider myself novice. I need help in tuning these devices for my Tata Sky HD and PS3 Blu Ray playback. Does calibration disc like Disney WOW help?
