Need help with AVR suitable for my stereo speakers

My home is equipped with Samsung 40 inch led tv, Videocon d2h and now i am planning to buy Bose 201/301. I audition them and these are filling entire 300 sq ft room and they cost 12300/17500 respectively. I didn't see any speakers with a good rating like this with above rate. Because my budget is limited for this time and i am experience some surround sound with Bose 201, i am preparing to go for this one.

The real problem comes with the AVR and i should get it with in 22k. I am not leaned towards Denon 1312 as it might get old in coming years and Marantz NR1402 is a good choice but they power 50w for 5 channel but have auto calibration.

Help me guys and when i am calling Decibels, Cinebels, and others they are charging 35000 to 45000 for the same i am getting Marantz NR1402 for 25000 on himart. Sherwood is also present for 18500 but it don't have the usb port.

I use usb port and hdmi. May be i will connect dvd/blue ray player. Tell me which is good for my requirement and should need good amount of hdmi ports and good wattage to drive Bose 201 speakers.

Denon 1312 will get old in coming years? Any AVR of today will become obsolete in a few years in terms of features. Denon 1312 has almost all features that you will ever need atleast for a couple of years more.

Harmon Kardon AVR 134 is coming for 20000 with usb port for connecting mass storage device but it doesn't support HD audio. What about Denon 1312.

Denon 1312 supports HD audio, but no USB port. IMO the USB port is not important as it supports only music files. IIRC, HK 134 does not support audio over hdmi which is a great drawback.

Marantz 1402 : GOOD BUY...........better than denon 1312

Just curious about one little thing? Why have you chosen Bose speakers leaving all other hifi brands?

Bose 201 are in my budget and they sound good. I want to play movies from my Hard disk, can't i

For the same price i am not getting speakers with 6 1/2" inch bass module. I auditioned them and they are good. Boston, Q Accoustics, Dali they cost more than 18 thousand.
