Need suggestion for computer home theater speaker

Hello

Need some suggestion for computer home theater speaker, primary use is for music and movies. Second is gaming.

My some shortlist speakers are
Yamaha YHT-196
Logitech Z906
Sony HT-IV300
I am also thinking of keeping it simple but I think I would love something above than Bose companion 5 (not a true Surround sound)?

Budget for speaker is less than 30000.

Currently I am having Asus Z97A motherboard. I think I need to add a better sound card? If yes, then can someone please suggest one?

I would pick the Logitech for the purpose and use the saved funds for a dedicated sound card. There was an Asus on sale in the classifieds, do check if it's still available.
