My TV was opened in the shop before my eyes and I checked the usage to be all zero. then repacked and brought it home.

What about installation. Did you wall mount it or use stands ? If we use stand, will the sony person handover the wallmounts to us ?

New problem, my unit find it difficult in reading USB and I'm not able to see USB icon not displayed when its connected to the unit.
Previously once I could able to see it displayed but its not? What could be the issue?

I haven't tried connecting USB yet. But Its reading my 1TB hard disk. Only problem is that certain files are not playable.

Its not inside the box. Its complementary from Sony. The technician from Sony brings it when he comes for installation/Demo.

I haven't tried connecting USB yet. But Its reading my 1TB hard disk. Only problem is that certain files are not playable.

There was no issue when it read that for the first time and after the day or two i'm not finding the icon message in the home screen.

How are you trying to access it. I normally press home->Connected devices->choose my hard disk.->Video.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting it the same slot and then in a different slot. Also ensure that the Pen drive is getting detected in a PC now.

No issues now, previously i was choose the wrong icon to assess it.Now its ok.
And are you using the same pen drive for Airtel HD and the TV?

I thought so.

Nope, not using pendrive. Using a Segate 1TB hard Disk and Sun DTH SD.
