I got my replacement piece on Sunday afternoon. Thanks again for all your advice. Hifivision rocks.

The serial number of the display piece sent to me is QD0510096.

Ok as demanded by my many members I am revealing the dealer name. It is Girias, T-Nagar Branch. But for the mistake in sending a display piece their conduct post my complaint to them has been professional. They made all efforts sincerely to provide the replacement. They made a mistake and they made all efforts to correct it and it needs to be appreciated.

I am waiting for the Tata Sky HD now. Any news when it is coming
