Panasonic BD-87 Bluray Player

Hi All,

Has anybody purchased Panasonic BD87 model, which is basically a 2D player. My requirement is only 2D but need built-in WiFi and this model has it.

Please share the quality of BD87 especially the audio and video using HDMI.

Where are you getting it from and for how much?

I have DMP-BDT220 which 3D and wi-fi. Even if you do not need a 3D model, it is better to have it. It will be marginally expensive but has good reviews all over the internet.

I was planning to buy from OverStock.com for 9.5K. I also heard about DMP-BDT220, is it worth to buy from abroad. Can you suggest some online websites. I tried to buy from Amazon.de but they don't ship to India. Buying from Amazon.de ( Germany) would be good because of input power supply (230V) is same. Any other issues like region specific.

Please share your thoughts.
