Where did you order it from and what price ? I also ordered via Global ebay for 18k, but the price shot up to 22k after the free shipping scheme ended today.
But it has been 7 days and Global ebay has still not purchased the original item, so I have little hopes of getting it. Refund is likely.

I have ordered in ebay for 22k. The 18k has ended. Will we get the product .

Ya Iam confused which to buy . I will be waiting for good offers on speakersNow that you have already purchased the AVR , you shld be more interested or worried about finding the right matching speakers. I think.
Frankly speaking, this is my fourth attempt at getting a receiver form the US via Global ebay and I got refunds the first three times. But I have to say that I always ordered when the Audio category was under free shipping and the guys at ICCworld are just smarter than me !!!
You have good chances of getting it at the price you paid, ie 22k. I paid 18k, so good chance they will not buy it and let my shipping date expire !
P.S : A tip, do not buy any accessories like a voltage convertor till you see a shipping tracking number from them !

Now that you have already purchased the AVR , you shld be more interested or worried about finding the right matching speakers. I think.
And about step down converters also
.I got the Mordaunt Carnivals from a Hifivision dealer, Pranab and love them. You could consider them.
Oh So they would not be sending the product for me. Is it a waste in buying from global pay.??

No it is not a waste of time. They mostly deliver stuff, but during the free shipping offers, they tend to skip things that are heavy and would result in a loss for them.
As I said before, you ordered at a regular price, will probably get it.

YOu didn't missed anything, the friend offer is with Ebay.in and you bought from Global Ebay. They are separate and have different coupons.
Kaptan and me are in the same boat now. I have ordered a Sony STR-DH520 7.1 receiver for 13+K with the free shipping offer from Global Easy Buy.
Bought it on June 4th and all I have is a mail from reseller stating
Currently we are in process of buying your item from eBay.com and will shortly
provide you with an update on the actual purchase.
Once the item is being bought, we will provide you with a consignment tracking
number within 10 days of your purchase on Global EasyBuy and deliver it to
your Shipping address within the next 15 days.
vinayaga has got me worried too about refunds and the delay tactics for free shipping of heavy goods by Ebay.
Anyone else has had similar experiences with Global Easy Buy not delivering good under similar circumstances?

Deepchand, Im also on the same boat and ordered a Pioneer 920 last week. Don't worry so much though, if this fails I will order again without free shipping. The deal is priced at half the India price, so we have scope to pay a little more if this falls through !!!

Please do not pass wrong information. The free gifts always work on Global ebay, I just ordered something on Global ebay for 5k and used the offer. The coupons that ebay sends you separately are distinct ones for India ebay and Global ebay website.
