Go for LED TV if gaming will be your main usage. Even though plasma will have less lag and response time is instantaneous, there will be issues with image retention.

Apparently new models are being launched in around 10 days or so, so it's prudent to wait for them.

Hi All,

Even i m looking to buy a 43" plasma tv, usage is mostly going to be gaming for 2-3 hours everyday, i checked out 4-5 croma stores in mumbai and the samsung e470/e490 model is out of stock everywhere, the only available model which comes in my budget (35-40k) is the LG PA 4520, getting this model for 34k from croma, would really appreciate if any one here using this tv could give some feedback. Also, any other retail store in mumbai where i can get the samsung E470/E490 in stock?

Increase your budget and get an LED, gaming will definitely lead to image burn-in on a Plasma which is not covered under warranty by samsung,LG and Panasonic too.
