Reliance Digital ResQ Ext Warranty Query? Onsite visit/ diags, await ResQ call, called by RD store for Replacement (ResQ notify them via internal CRM)
The stores TV Dept guy called and said we were informed that panel cant be repaired/ replaced/ TV gone.
So we can come in and pick a TV of same value and get it.
I asked what constraints and once he said only of same Brand, but then he said or Credit that amount towards a higher priced TV.
Firstly, I was wondering how/ why the ResQ folks/ dept would not call and inform us of our options.
Secondly, what are the actual "freedoms & restrictions" as a part of the extended warranty coverage.
Can we get a different brand and use the value as credit towards replacement?
