But if there was a GT30 released here there may be hardly anything to choose between the 2 for the money.

Thanks for the links. Samsung's pricing is quiet good for that size. It might raise few eye brows but for me HDTV means Plasma and it must be of Panasonic make (As Pioneer kuro is out of my league).
