Hi,
i own a samsung c650 40'inch LCD tv .. i am planning to buy a 5.1 channel home theater ( probably go with onkyo ht-3300)
currently, LCD tv is the only audio source -
i wanted to understand this -
does this LCD has an optical pass through ? (through coaxial cable or hdmi (?) )
if i have a 5.1 HD audio - does the LCD player decode this by itself or it can "passthrough" to the audio receiver (AR) so that the AR can decode the raw stream accordingly, like when we have dts-hd audio content ?
thanks,
