Sennheiser HD650 Headphone Amplifier

I own four Sennheiser HD(540, 600, 640, 800) and have had success with Sapphire (SOLIDSTATE) built by Karthikey and Bottlehead crack (OTL) both are single ended connected via mY DAC Schiit Yggdrasil.

The pre-owned HD650s on HPZ are over 30k.
And currently not looking for a DAC as I have a PS Audio Digilink III from my 2 channel setup. It can output both SE RCA and Balanced.
So a powerful low budget amp should be enough. Any idea about the JDS Atom? Highly praised on ASR.

Brand new hd650 and hd600 were in 25k range in amazon last month. Keep checking amazon for such deals. I use my hd650 with xd05 bal and bottle head crack. Hd650 with bottle head crack is a different league altogether.

I do worry buying HD6xx category headphones from amazon…or is it just me ?

True the HD 650 sing with tubes.
The pairing of HD580, 600, 650 with lehmann audio amps is said be a match made in heaven.
