Sony BDP-S370 USB Drive Not Responding

I'm trying to play MP4 movies on my S370. It recognizes my USB drive just fine, and the movies start & look really good -- no problems. After about 10 minutes of playing, though, the message that the USB drive is not responding comes up and the movie stops.

Any ideas of something that I might try?

Just try it out with a different usb drive. If it works with the new drive then there is a problem with your existing drive. Try t format the disk and retry.
