I bought a brand new Sony KDL 55W805B. Everything seems ok but I think the tv box was opened before for some reason. Tv doesnt look like a demo tv but I want to be sure by seeing usage hoursa from hidden service/diagnose menu. I searched internet for this.And found that if u press (i+),5,volume up or down (differ for some models),power button u reach service menu.

But this method doesnt work for me.
Can u pls help if there is another way because I couldnt find.
Maybe I m doing somethign wrong do I need to press all buttons at once or in a sequence etc.
