Sony KDL EX520 Or Sammy UE32D5000?

Guys,
this is my first post in here. My current tv is Philips 32pfl3403. I am using it for over 3 and a half years. Now I want to upgrade to either one of the mentioned model (Sony KDL EX520 Or Sammy UE32D5000) . But I cannot decide which one to choose.
My main concern is gaming. I play a lot of 360 Games for about 7-8 hours a day. If any expert in here kindly peek into here and shed some light it would be really helpful for me to buy the right one.

sony seems to have more features than samsung such as skype, remote keyboard, etc but if you are not going to use then prefer samsung as you would get cheap than sony.

you already have 32 inches lcd tv & you should go for 40 or 42 atleast because led tv's would look smaller overall (though screen size would same) because of their thin borders than lcd's

Go for the sony 40" or 46" EX520. I have the 46EX520, quite happy. Played FIFA and NFS on Xbox 360 on it. stunning PQ. Sound is not very good, but acceptable. Add amp and speaker or sound-bar for better sound.

Prasad and Nindo, Thank you very much people for your fast response with insights.
I have learnt somewhere that 50 Hz rate is better for gaming. For TVs with 100Hz rate they actually convert it to 50 Hz through game mode for Video gaming. All I know is the Sammy one has clear motion rate of 100 Hz and EX520 TVs have 50 Hz motion rate. How would you look into this?
