Spark inside Marantz AVR - Not Powering On - Repair Help

In my avr there is no smps. There is a secondary transformer which powers the standby ckt on power on. The primary transformer is for the driver ckt and power amps.

In @gurujee case only the two blue colour MOV must have blown and got shorted because of overvoltage. If yes, it's a very simple repair of 50/- bucks parts replacement.

I am not at all that knowledgable to handle the work myself, nor I got the confidence to find someone for it locally.
