Speaker level to line level conversion

I have a basic Yamaha HTR 3072 for my home theatre needs and has another stereo amp that uses the front speakers to listen to music. I have a switch that I use to choose between the two amps when needed. My AVR do not have line level outs to connect to the stereo amp unfortunately. Are there any options out there that doesn’t involve changing the AVR? I have a Rockford Fosgate line level converter that I purchased once for my car audio. Will it be of any use here?

Does the stereo amp has preamp bypass to use it as a poweramp?

Currently no. But I am having my eyes on a modal that has one (Marantz PM7001/3)
