Splitting DIY into subforums (speakers, electronics, accessories)

I would like to suggest subforums in the diy section. We have quite a few diyers now a days and that section is growing, it becomes difficult to find things. To start with, the following can be used:

Speakers and subwoofers
Electronics (like amps, dacs, preamps, processors, tubes, ss etc)
Accessories (cables, speaker stands etc).

If the admins and the mods could add a test and measurement section i would be thrilled .I could really add a lot of my research and articles there .

Interesting- the diy section has a lot more posts nowadays and the total number is also pretty large. I agree it's a good idea to consider dividing it into different sections.

there is also no forum here for headphones. Its currently a part of Portable players and accessories. So an ipod gets its section and headphones goes to its accessories. I wonder what has a lcd2 or hd800 got to do with portable players.

Anyway, we also seem to be missing a section on musical instruments like guitar etc. Also maybe we could have one for pro-audio.
