Suggest a home theater system with USB

Hi,

I am planning to buy Home theater system but confused to which brand to go for. My budget is 12K and requirements are as below.
1) 5.1 Channel output
2) DTS Surround sound, with Dolby pro-logic 2,
3) USB, Plays almost all video formats like avi, divx, xvid, wmv, mp4, mkv etc.

Having a 29inch Philips CTV, i perfer for sound and picture.
