The most important thing today is warranty as the TVs don't have much of a lifespan...you should go window shopping and see some brands and models which suit your expectations and budget.....the most important is warranty....as far as I know Sharp and Toshiba offer 3 years warranty and so this would be an added advantage for you...

Shortlist a few models or brands and decide....hope this helps

are you sure that you want a 32"?? your budget is already so high that you can easily get a non 3D 42inch tv n if you're willing to spend a bit more you can get 42inch 3D tv which is a better choice n 32" really is very small!!

My room size is not that big.so i think 42 inch will be a bit more than what is required.but option is open.can be availed,if suitable deal is available.First preference is 32 inch 3D.

ok,i'm not in hurry will wait. TV should have a good PQ,preferably 2.1 or more speaker output.Almost all TVs now a days have HDMI,USB,AV And VGA in but if 2 HDMI and 2 usb slots are there that will be an advantage.Do not need wifi,or skype.will wait for your suggestions.Thanks

Panasonic 32L E6D is avilable for 36k on snapdeal n 42inch is avilable for 54k.. better go for the bigger one

Hi, never buy TV from Online, atleast not in India. You dont know whats gonna come, and where you going to go for after sales support.

Other thing from my experience, i don't know your room size, but in 32inch, you will not see good effect of 3d. I mean on experience wise. Now i want to suggest as your budget is around 50k, there is a samsung plasma i think series 4900, which is 51 inch with 3d. i don't remember the exact price but, if you do some research and negotiate price you may get a good deal. And its a nice TV. you will get big size with 3D.

32 E6D is not a 3D Tv,ya you are right 3D effect in 32 inch TV will not be that great.And your suggestion not to buy online TV is very much true.I got a used and defective TV from snapdeal,it is still lying with me.Perhaps I may have to go to consumer court to get my money back.Lets see.It is better to buy paying a little bit more money,but with mental piece.Thnaks again
