Q950 would be any day better than 606s and 7s.
I didn’t have floor space hence floor standers were out of the equation.
No plan for in-ceiling/height channels?

Hadn’t planned for it and so the wiring becomes a problem for the ones in the ceiling. And unfortunately the roof is a textured one and so can’t use it to bounce the sound off the ceiling.
