Simple answer for simple question - Corsair CX 430 is a good option at around 3000.
In reality it assumes that:
- You have done your power needs calculation.
- Plus Corsair is available in your area.
- Plus its after sales service is good in your area
- You are willing to spend that much money
- There are other smaller considerations of mine that you agree with
In the list of advanced PSU features you can add another:
- 80+ certification (certified efficiency of min 80% under a variety of load conditions)

To empower.
And so that people who dont have so much time and dont wish to put too much effort can assemble a good enough HTPC.
I tried to cover enough topics.
And to also give a kind of 'Big Picture'
I am unable to dedicate so much time for individual queries as written in the first post.
Besides you understand your needs & situation better than me.
