Hi, sorry just noticed your post today. Well, tcl I had purchased the 48" curved and got it replaced once and then amazon automatically had only option for refund. The exchange n refund process with amazon was flawless, no issues there.
Tcl, the after sales is almost non existent and no one turns up for installation even after weeks.
Its so sad that after 2 months I keep getting call every once in a while from tcl saying sir, has your tv been installed or when can we come for installation, so this is there state of affairs in India.
Anwyays, I bought a Philips 4k 49 inch and this to had issues (disscussed on another thread) and had to get replacemnt n then refund.
Finally got a basic non smart LG 49lh547a tv and have no light bleeding or clouding to report of and I am satisfied.
Though it's a basic lg Tv but looks far better n premium then their higher up smart models cause this is the only one with a stainless steel finish instead of plastic.
For my smart needs, Ive bought a amazon fire stick and it perfectly compliments this tv.
You can try your luck with tcl, since it's returns process is simple n without any hassles.
