TV or Projector under 2L

Wall does nt have any loft anything . My concern is all about PQ . In my budget am looking for any TV/Projector which future proof for atleast 3-4 years. I need to sacrifice for PQ for size so here am bit confused .. even Naveen suggested to look for projectors.
As told earlier also epson eh-tw9400 is awesome projector. With it's street price it falls with in your budget. You will loose nothing in pq.

Earlier I was using benq tk800 which also was very good, newer model 850 is better and can be watched in bit of ambient light also.

Simply about subjective preferences. I prefer my small OLED to even big theaters. I had seen Joker at IMAX, and just last week I saw the HDR blu-ray version on my OLED. So much better.....for m taste. Earlier it was just the the elevated blacks, but now after living with an OLED, the overall murkiness of the image in theaters bugs me too. Fading into complete darkness with the OLED is just brilliant.

Is it the same for everyone? Of course not, but I would prefer waiting for blu-rays to come out, and watch even blockbusters on my screen in HDR. Oh! HDR is superb! Feels so lifelike and spectacular. Even SDR can really pop, especially now with the maxed out luminance settings with a really high gamma curve that I use.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I'll go with OLEDs over bigger size but inferior PQ.

Totally agree , its subjective at the end of the day. For me the experience of larger than life image combined with the sound coming out of a mid range HT system beats the experience of watching it on my OLED with a starting range HT system

There are native 4k JVCs which now do DTM which make HDR really very good on Projectors. Take for example, the JVC NX7, with Dynamic Tone Mapping enabled, its like a Giant OLED on the wall.
Same thing can be done by other PJs with the addition of a Lumagen Radiance Pro or a MadVr Envy ( soon to be released ) but which will cost equal to a native 4k Projector itself.
With the Lumagen, you can change aspect ratios, watch a 16:9 movie onto a 2.35 scope screen and what not. Incredible Video Processor. I can never go to a TV screen.

what will be costs above mentioned Projectors? as i was looking within 2L . even Projectors make sense for sheer size it offers with compromised PQ(within my budget projectors).

please do suggest models and any delears in Bangalore

I am sure you will get the same picture quality u get in a 75 inch tv that costs 2 lakhs in a projector that costs 1.5-2L. Just go for a 100 or 120 inch screen and projector set up.

Native 4k PJs wont come in that budget, but you can try getting faux 4k PJs in 2L or slightly more. Or a very good 1080p one.
Research on Sony VPL VW45ES, its a very good 1080p one. You can enquire on Epson 5050, its a faux 4k projector with lens memory and can cost you a little above 2L. Im not sure about Indian Price.

What about short throw 4K laser projectors from Xiaomi's? I think you should be able to get around this budget.

I have very little knowledge about projectors. please share the model details

Like these ones - https://www.gearbest.com/projectors/pp_009574547031.html

The Vava and the LG ones are a bit expensive I guess - https://www.amazon.com/VAVA-Theatre-Projector-Lumens-Android/dp/B07XGM6YGQ

Ultra short throw ones do not require mounting issues as keeping them on the desk/table and maintaining the distance in inches for the size of the picture makes a great sense for small homes like in India especially apartments. Do check these out and look at the reviews and performance on YouTube and if possible do an audition of the same.

I gone reviews about these 2 projectors and they are too expensive and as i was looking around 2L

I did a fair bit of research in this category over last week.
Your best bets would be either Epson 9400 (apparently available under 200K now) or Sony VPL-HW45ES (if 4k is not a must have)

personally I ended up picking the Sony

I would go with OLEDs for the best PQ. Well if you have a dedicated room you can get an projector otherwise do not consider it for a living room

You will not get a native 4k projector for 2L. Like supercarz has suggested the Epson 9400 is an excellent projector. It’s a 1080p projector nd plays 4K HDR format. Similarly there is a model in benq as well within 2L. Please note they are not native 4k resolution but project a 4k image using pixel shift in native 1080p resolution. Picture quality will be very good and more then enough

No matter the discount you will have to spend minimum 3.2-3.5L for a good native 4k projector. No way you can get it for around 2L as per my knowledge. Dont worry about picture quality of a good 1080p projector. It should be nothing short of excellent. I have seen few benq and epson projectors and even after owning an oled c9 65 i can say the picture quality is very good on both the benq, epson projectors and will give you an excellent cinematic experience .
