Update Screen Interface for Sony HX 925

Friends,

Today I had a look at Sony HX925 and EX650. The screen interface of EX650 looks much better and HX925's looks old. I am talking about the Bravia Internet screens where the apps are shown.

I asked the dealer can the HX925 be upgraded with latest OS or firmware. He said its not possible. Is it true? If yes, thats a big drawback.

The EX650 is 2012 TV and the 2012 range UI has been updated, especially those to do with SEN. The HX925 is a 2011 model and unfortunately doesn't and cannot have the same UI as 2012 TVs.

It cannot be upgraded.

If you can wait, wait till October for the HX950 to arrive. Its the successor 2012 model to HX925 with the new UI and even better PQ.
