Folks the technician just installed my TV and when I checked usage hours it said 111 and I feel this is demo piece. Please help how to take this further.

Spoke to the dealer and they agreed to replace the set today evening.
Big thanks to hifivision via which I was able to check the usage hours, hopefully the next one I get is a good one.
Also hoping the Manufacturer technician people really know how to check these and tell customers about the same, many could be cheated this way.
But have to say the dealer was very good in the call and said nothing to worry and the new piece will arrive today.

Agree, the dealer + sales team have to ensure they ship a new product unopened box to the customer who has shelled out a lot of money for that.
We haven't given money to buy a demo piece which they have been using and perhaps handled badly as well.
