Its really sad to see this happen. I wish there was a way to end all this. It is not fair to the customer who has to go through the stress of selecting the right tv, spending so much money and then wait in anxiety for the tv set to arrive only to discover it's a demo piece.
Not everyone is aware of accessing the system menu and even the company technician who visits sometimes does not entertain such requests.
This happens with all brands and across all dealers. I wish the company at their level would set some rules or policy for dealers that would work to the advantage of the customers.
Is there any way to reset the usage counter? If the usage says it is new but yet the piece looks used, any thoughts on that???
