I need expert advices for this issue
I only bought 40 EX 500 since 10 days
I was playing with some settings from 2 days and exactly i was switching from normal mode to wide mode and vice versa and while i was doing that i may have switched the Receiver sattelite channel using its remote to another channel
and suddenly kind of 6 to 9 consecutive horizontal lines appeared nearly on the middle of the screen and cover only 30 cm in height and 30 cm in width while the rest of the screen shows normally the channel picture that the receiver is on.
behind these horizontal lines the picture is distorted and these lines colours are kinda reddish ( and is somehow similar to the visualiztaion equalizer that appear in winamp or media player)
i was worried and i haven't thought to catch a camera shot.
i turned off the tv by its remote and back on again and it is still there and i switched the channel from the receiver and it is still there i changed the modes between full , wide and normal and these line haven't disappeaared.
but when i switched off the receiver by its remote and back on again the picture returned to normal.
this issue happened from 3 days but it hasn't recurred since then.
what is that issue supposed to be, is it something related to the LCD or just minor thing related to the receiver.
is that issue supposed to recur again or an indication for future problem
