On the home page of their website: "Attention: We regret the inconvenience, due to change in parent organisation, all communications services are temporarily unavailable from 19-10-2019."
Either this has been up from the 19th / before that or the bad feedback that they've been getting here has reached them and this is their version of a band-aid.

It definitely was the same way back in January and I was given the same reason back then too.

It is a thoroughly stupid declaration...they can as well shut down operations till they get fully operational. they should rename the site as deafaudioparts till then.
