Vu 50 Inch 4K TV for 89K

I also read about this model on the web. Vu isn't well-known amongst audio-videophiles. Has anyone else on this forum tried a Vu TV?

I have seen VU screen (huge, not sure about size. I guess above 60") with various brands (at Croma), it was not that great by performance.
It was feeling like when Color (CRT) tube needs Cathodes charge, like dull images, smudged. It was no where in the front of Samsung/LG/Sony etc. May be that need few adjustments but still I can assume it was not good.

I used to have a 21 Inches LED from VU. Since its a small Tv i never observed anything negative in the TV. Probably having a demo will break the ice. Vu Tv's will be always available in croma.

But am not sure when we are trying to invest this much money in a TV, we can definitely go for a better reputable brands. IMO am not sure when the 4K content will be available to us. Assume if we get better 4k sources in a couple of years, by the time the TV will be old and we cannot predict how the TV is going to behave at that time :)

Croma has stopped selling VU since quiet a while.
I saw all their models on sunday. I must say they look pretty impressive. I have a samsung 55 @ twice the price and i honestly cannot complain abt em one bit. They have a A+ panel and they look impressive. 32 inch - 60 inch.

When i asked the guys @ croma which is a floor above, they too were hesitant in answering, but they said its equally good.

You should check em out yourself .. They are definitely VFM and probably more...
